2013 was a standout year for Riverstone, as the Fort Bend development celebrated a third consecutive year of record-breaking sales and the construction start of The Club at Riverstone, a 17-acre water park and recreation center that will open this year. Builders sold nearly 800 homes, an increase of approximately 30 percent from 2012’s record-breaking pace and pushing Riverstone past a cumulative 3,000 home sales. “It was a year of accomplishments,” said Tom Wilcox, general manager of Riverstone. “In addition to phenomenal sales, University Boulevard opened through Riverstone, as did a connection to Sienna Plantation, providing an alternative to Highway 6.” For more information please visit the website.
