Telfair
Telfair is celebrating the grand opening of its Model Home Village, showcasing 11 decorated models from the $260,000s to over $1 million by Beazer, David Weekley, Highland, Meritage, Newmark, Partners In Building, Perry, Ryland and Trendmaker. The village will also showcase new models by Taylor Morrison for its waterfront Avalon at Telfair enclave, also grand opening this summer. Telfair is located at U.S. 59 and University Boulevard in Fort Bend ISD.
